During his time leading legal affairs at Boutiqaat Group, he provided the legal opinion on which the group's expansions and transactions were built, and drafted the contractual architecture through which its subsidiaries operate — from manufacturing, shipping, and logistics contracts, to fintech and cross-border payment agreements, to acquisition, distribution, and commercial licensing contracts.
His current practice at Alpha Legal Group combines legal precision with deep commercial understanding, handling corporate disputes and complex commercial claims.
