Mohamad Ihsan Smadi brings over thirty years of experience managing construction projects in Kuwait, having served as project manager at several prominent contracting companies. He has overseen diverse projects including government buildings, schools, and residential facilities for entities such as the Public Authority for Housing Welfare, the Ministry of Education, Kuwait Oil Company, and the National Guard. He currently serves as Project Manager at Al Muntaha Real Estate & Construction Co.
He began his career in Syria as a site engineer with the Ministry of Defence, before relocating to Kuwait in 1992, where he progressed through several major contracting companies. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Damascus.
